Bulgogi is one of the most famous dishes from Korea, it's seriously tasty. Made using thinly sliced strips of beef that are marinated in soy, garlic, ginger and sesame along with pureed fruit. Bulgogi is a pretty versatile dish, often stir-fried with onion and eaten simply with rice and a few garnishes, in a kind of bibimbap style.

Forget the usual supermarket brands you buy, this is a truly wonderful, flavourful stock which I promise you will have you coming back time and time again. Tried this a while ago and I’m now on my third tub. I’ve also bought the Vegetable and Fish stocks too and can recommend those as well.
These are the best frozen bases you can get. Very versatile with whatever topping you prefer and always tastes like the base is freshly made . Once tried..never forgotten
