These Spanish butter beans are such good quality, with a beautiful velvety texture and a rich flavour, they are such an essential store cupboard ingredient.
For a really quick lunch, mix them with some crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil eat with some lovely bread, or serve them heated up with some caramelised sausages, rosemary and diced tomatoes.
