White Mausu Peanut Rayu is inspired by Japanese taberu rayu but made in Ireland, it's absolutely delicious. Packed full of peanuts, sesame and chilli, you'll find yourself adding this to meals throughout the day - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Drizzle a little White Mausu Peanut Rayu on steamed bok choy, grilled broccoli or simply stirred through a bowl of peas. It's also amazing drizzled into rice bowls, on top of eggs, over stir-fries, avocado on toast, this list is endless and it's why you should always have a jar in your cupboard.
Alice & I first came across this product whilst on holiday on the West coast of Ireland, the cottage we stayed in left a jar on the table as a welcome gift. It turns out the cottage was owed by Jasper's (married to Kate the founder) parents.
