Rice by Ping Coombes Recipe Book & Ingredients Set

The Ping Coombes Rice Gift Box brings together Ping's new cookbook, 'Rice', and six storecupboard ingredients, hand selected by Ping to get you started with the recipes. Ping won MasterChef in 2014, grew up in Ipoh in Malaysia, and makes her chilli oils at Church Farm, in the same building as Somerset Foodie. Rice is her second book. It has over 100 recipes from Malaysia and its neighbours that put rice at the centre of the table, along with practical advice on washing, cooking and reheating it.
