Lievito Bakery is based in the small village of Lovington in Somerset. The artisan team at Lievito hand shape and slowly prove all of their sourdough for a minimum of 18 hours. The Somerset Sourdough is made from just three ingredients - flour, salt and water.
• Lievito bread is delivered FRESH on FRIDAYS on all other days we will supply the bread FROZEN.
• If you would like fresh bread delivered or reserved for collection PRE-ORDER BY 9PM on WEDNESDAY.
• Lievito bakery is able to pre-slice and wrap the bread, please select your preference from the drop down menu above.

We’ve been buying the Lievito Sourdough Bread from Somerset Foodie for sometime as it simply delicious.
For me there is nothing more enjoyable than a slice, or two, of the Lievito sourdough topped with butter and marmalade, or strawberry jam, for breakfast with a cup of Earl Grey tea. Thank you Alice and Ben for yet another great product from Somerset Foodie 👍🏻
