Tutto Calabria’s Peperoncini Piccanti a Pezzi are Calabrian chilli peppers, harvested at peak ripeness, sliced into pieces and preserved in a blend of sunflower and extra virgin olive oil. Grown under the same Calabrian sun as the whole chillies Tutto Calabria has worked with since 1970, they carry that same fruity, slightly smoky heat, but chopped and ready to spoon straight from the jar, with no slicing needed.

Their small pieces are built for scattering: dot them over pizza before it goes in the oven, stir them through a simmering pasta sauce for heat in every bite, or fold them into an antipasti board alongside cheese and cured meats. Because they’re already chopped, a spoonful goes further than a whole pepper would, making it an easy way to add a consistent, evenly distributed heat across a dish.
