This is the classic Margherita pizza cheese and this variety has been made specifically for use on pizza. This tastes amazing on our Sourdough Pinsa Romana bases.
This cheese is drier than the usual mozzarella, which means you won't have water leaking out during the cooking process, to spoil your crispy pizza base.
Fior di Latte is a relatively modern term, referring to mozzarella made from cow's milk, it means 'Flower of Milk'. We are really pleased that this fior di latte is made on the shadow of Glastonbury Tor by Brue Valley Farms.

This is a fabulous locally produced mozzarella. It is a brilliant product to put on a pizza as there is no weeping of liquid to contend with . It is also delicious toasted on bread as a lunchtime snack. I always keep a spare in the freezer.
