Using a traditional Andalusian recipe, these Cortijo stone in green olives are so nice, we are really pleased to have found them. They are meaty, garlicy with a gentle spice, perfect for drinks and nibbles.
Ingredients: Crushed green olives, vegetables (4%) (red pepper, garlic), water, salt, vinegar, flavour strengtheners (E621, E627, E631), spice mix, flavours, preservatives (E202, E211), acidulant (E330), antioxidant (E300).
The Andaluz El Cortijo Olives with Pimiento from Somerset Foodie are a delicious treat to enjoy with a glass of chilled white or rosé wine.
These olives have a lovely garlic infusion and are less salty than most olives. I have fed these to many friends who all agree and have asked where I got them. I will be ordering some other flavour olives from the same brand soon and be trying some of Ben’s recipes. Well done Ben and Alice for finding such gems.
