Lee Kum Kee Plum sauce is a classic flavour of China. Sweet plums are slightly pickled in salt, sugar and vinegar, creating a sweet and slightly sour flavour. This is a really useful store cupboard ingredient for when you want to create sweetness in your dishes. Use it instead of sugar to create more interesting layers of flavour in stir-fries, sauces, dressings and glazes.
