Don Antonio Tomato, Aubergine & Ricotta Pasta Sauce brings together slow-cooked tomatoes, soft aubergine, and creamy ricotta for a sauce that’s rich, balanced, and easy to enjoy.

A take on the classic pasta alla Norma, the tomatoes provide a gentle sweetness, while the aubergine adds a soft, savoury depth and the ricotta rounds everything out with a light creaminess - not heavy, just enough to give the sauce a smooth, comforting finish.

A great store cupboard quick win. Simply heat and toss through pasta, or use it as a base for baked dishes where you want a bit more depth without extra effort.
