Bulldog Tonkatsu sauce is a Japanese favourite, it's sometimes referred to as Japanese BBQ sauce. This sauce is not only the perfect pairing for the crispy, bread crumbed fried pork, it's brilliant used anywhere you may use tomato ketchup or bbq sauce.
Try this sauce with your next burger, mix it into noodle broths, mix into mayonnaise, it's ace with a bacon sandwich.

Ingredients: Water, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, distilled vinegar (made from alcohol), tomato paste, salt, rice starch, apple puree, yeast extract (contains soy), prune paste, spices, carrots, onions, lemon juice.
We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).
