Lecale Harvest Confit Duck is made using the traditional method of marinating duck legs overnight with garlic and spices, then slowly cooking them in their own juices until succulent and tender.
Confit duck is such a treat, it's delicious served with pulses and beans in the classic French Cassoulet way or just with braised red cabbage and sautéed potatoes.
This product has been vacuumed sealed and is fine to be stored in your cupboard. Remove all packaging before reheating in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, skin side up.
