Akagi Joshu Soba Noodles are made using a blend of buckwheat flour and wheat flour with gives these nutritious noodles a nutty taste. They are great seasoned with a little sesame oil, soy sauce, a few chopped spring onions and eaten cold, or hot in a Japanese broth.
When cooking soba noodles, it's important to cool them down after cooking and don't overcook them. Simply boil for 3-4 minutes in salted water then drain and run under a cold tap as soon as possible.
Each pack of noodles contains 3 bundles for easy portioning and cooking.
