Akagi Joshu Soba Noodles are made using a blend of buckwheat flour and wheat flour with gives the noodles a nutritious, nutty taste. They are great simply seasoned with a little sesame oil, soy sauce, a few chopped spring onions and eaten cold or heated back up in a Japanese broth.
When cooking soba noodles, it's important to cool them down as soon as possible after cooking and don't overcook them. Simply boil for 3-4 minutes in salted water then drain and run under a cold tap.
Each pack of noodles contains 3 bundles for easy portioning and cooking.
