These medium sized Spanish dried butter beans are perfect for making stews, particularly the classic Spanish dish called Fabada. The advantage of using dried beans is that you can cook them in a flavorful broth, making them taste amazing - in the case of fabada, the stew uses Spanish Morcilla, chorizo, cured pork, saffron and smoked paprika to create an amazing dish.
These beans require soaking in cold water for 10-12 hours, they then take around 2 hours to cook, make sure you skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
