Red Split Lentils are easy to cook and packed with protein, iron, and lots of B vitamins. Use these pulses to thicken soups and stews and perfect for spicy curries and dahls.
Red split lentils do not require soaking, but do require cooking. Place in a pan and cover with water and boil for 30 minutes or until cooked. Do not add salt during the cooking process as this will toughen the skins.
