Made in Japan, Hamada soy sauce is smooth and full-bodied, this is a classic Koikuchi shoyu that’s a favourite of connoisseurs. Made with pure Mount Aso spring water in the Southern most of the Japanese islands this shoyu is fermented for 6 months in 200 year old oak barrels.
Using only the finest koji mould and imbued with the brew masters pure passion, Hamada soy sauce is exceptional in taste and aroma.
