Delverde Egg Pappardelle is a luxurious, ribbon-like pasta made using the finest durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, slow-dried and bronze-drawn in the traditional Italian way. Hailing from the pristine Majella National Park in the Abruzzo region of central Italy, Delverde has been crafting premium pasta since 1967, using pure spring water from the Verde River and time-honoured techniques that preserve flavour, texture, and nutritional quality.

The key difference between dry egg pasta and regular non-egg pasta is its richness and silky texture. The addition of egg gives the dough a golden hue and a more tender bite, making it ideal for hearty sauces. Egg pappardelle in particular, broad, flat, and robust is perfect for absorbing rich, slow-cooked ragùs and holding up to substantial ingredients.
