With a pack of cooking chorizos in the fridge, you have so many options on creating a fantastically tasty meal, they deliver such amazing flavour, it's almost like cheating.
You can grill them, fry them add them into stews, barbecue them - I just love them fried in a pan with some onions, peppers, tomatoes and cannellini beans, finished with a glug of good olive oil, some fresh parsley and a chunk of good bread....oh yes!
