Bath Culture House Kimchi Beetroot Slices combine earthy British beetroot with the bold, tangy flavours of kimchi spices. Naturally fermented in small batches, these vibrant slices deliver a satisfying balance of sweetness, acidity and gentle heat.
This fermented beetroot kimchi is raw and unpasteurised, retaining its natural crunch and live cultures. The beetroot’s natural sweetness works beautifully with savoury fermented notes, making it a standout addition to salads, grain bowls and cheese boards.
Serve alongside roasted meats, plant-based dishes or as a colourful topping for sandwiches and wraps. It’s an easy way to add both flavour and interest to everyday meals.

Wonderful little Company who offer a mouth watering choice of ingredients and gourmet food at very sensible prices. In addition their service is efficient and fast with a hand written thankyou in every order a really nice touch!
I always loved this place for two reasons: You will get the products you can’t find elsewhere and you will get a lot of free advice how to use them. This is how every shop should operate. You can’t ask for more.
Re-stock of the amazing
beef stock powder, its the best you can buy. Also the dark chocolate drops. Delicious flavour.
I bought this for my 12-year-old Grandson who is very fond of Sushi and wanted to make his own. This kit was perfect, as it provided all the basic ingredients. He was very happy.
Habhal’s Kecap Manis is delicious! A much sweeter and thicker version of soy sauce, which as the name ‘Kecap’ (Indonesian ketchup) suggests, can be liberally added to most dishes. It’s a thick, molasses-like Indonesian soy sauce made from fermented soy beans, sugar, and spices. The bottle seems to last for ages, and is very good value. Highly recommended!

Best pizza bases I’ve had - topped with Somerset Foodie buffalo mozzarella and Mutti tomato sauce. Thoroughly recommend service and products
