Matthews Italian Tipo 00 Pizza Pasta Flour is an Italian style 00 Flour, ideal for all types of pizza bases and especially pasta. The wheats used for this flour are hard wheats with a protein level (11.2%) slightly lower than your standard bread flour, resulting in a smooth flavoursome flour.
