Matthews Eight Grain Strong Flour, 1.5kg


Matthews award winning Eight Grain Strong Flour contains a blend of strong white flour, malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, oat flakes, maize grits, linseed, millet and sunflower seeds. It's fantastic for making really tasty multigrain bread that's high in fibre and protein.

For an extra twist try adding 20% dark rye flour or 20% spelt flour to your mix.

Allergens: GLUTEN

Ingredients: Wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1), malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, oat flakes, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, maize grits, linseed, millet, sunflower seed.

Flavourful Bread

Great flavour bread and you can really taste the different grains. Absolutely delicious. One of, if not the, best flours I’ve ever used for making my own bread. Would definitely recommend you give this one a try and I’m sure it will become one of your favourites too.

Great Flavour and Texture

It is great having so many flours to choose from at Somerset Foodie. Matthews Eight Grain Strong Flour is one of our favourites. Steve has just been heard to ‘complain’ that the trouble with this bread is that you just have to have more!!!
