This Venison Chorizo is made in a region to the West of Madrid is know as Extremadura - a hidden gem in Spain and features mountains, rivers, forests, national parks and plenty of agriculture.
This chorizo tastes fantastic, slightly darker in colour then traditional chorizo but with a lovely rich flavour, ideal for slicing and serving with wine or beer.
Ingredients: Red deer trimmings (80%), pork trimmings (11%), salt, sweet, pepper, garlic, sugar, vegetable protein, natural aroma, rosemary extract (E392), dextrose, oleoresin sweet pepper.
