Terre di Puglia's Millerighe Tarallini in Red Onion are the same traditional Apulian recipe as the Classic - 100% Italian wheat, extra virgin olive oil, boiled then baked using the ridged “Millerighe” method – with granulated onion worked through the dough for a bolder, more savoury edge. Made by Terre di Puglia in Andria, in the heart of Puglia, they trade a little of the Classic's simplicity for a punchier, more distinctive flavour.

The onion flavour makes these a natural match for a glass of crisp white wine, in the classic Apulian aperitivo style, but it also opens them up to more creative uses in the kitchen – broken into pieces, they make a surprisingly good savoury crouton for soups and salads, or a crunchy, flavour-packed topping for pasta.
