Ramen is basically a Japanese noodle soup dish. The soup element is generally more of a rich tasting broth and can be made with all kinds of ingredients. The noodles most commonly used in Ramen are a Chinese wheat noodle, they can vary from region to region but most commonly they are curly, yellow noodles with a good bite.
These Sau Tau noodles are extremely good quality, they just need cooking in boiling water for 2 minutes before adding into your chosen broth.
