This beautifully put together cook book champions Mediterranean cooking that's fast enough to make on a Tuesday night, but tastes like you've spend all weekend slaving away.
Drawing inspiration from right around the Mediterranean from the Italy, France, Greece, Israel and Morocco the 125 recipes are grouped into "FAST" (on the table in 45 minutes), "FASTER" (ready in 30 to 35 minutes), "FASTEST" (30 minutes or less).

Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).

I really enjoyed these peppers, they’re a nice reminder of pintxos in Bilbao. Very nice!
Pizza base, Mutti Tomato Polpa, Fior mozzarella ball and a tin of sardines all from Somerset Foodie with some olives and other oddments from home enabled my grandchildren (who are pizza connoisseurs!) my daughter and I to have the most delicious pizzas over Easter. We each chose our own toppings and creative designs - completely delicious and very satisfying! Half a pizza is a generous portion by the way… so I still have 3 bases in the freezer! Thank you Ben
