Loison's Genesi range of panettone are made with the best ingredients possible and with hand-crafted love. Slowly leavened sweet dough, flavoured with Madagascan vanilla is combined with single-origin chocolate from selected South American plantations along-side a decadent salted caramel sauce. The flavours combine beautifully to create and wonderful panettone.
Just like any other great tasting artisan bread, the best Panettone is made over the course of several days. Each Loison Panettone is the result of 3 days of craft, from traditional sourdough starters or 'natural leaven', careful selection of the best ingredients to slow and gentle proving. The result is a Panettone that is luxurious in every way, a gift in it's own right.
Tranquillo Loison opened his first bakery in 1938 and the family run business, based near Venice has grown into one of the most loved producers, creating superb tasting Panettone in beautifully packaged boxes.
