Fisan make this amazing Iberico salami from their acorn fed pigs near Salamanca in Spain. A ham is called bellota ham when the pigs roam freely in the woods and pasture and feed on acorns and other natural resourses. Acorn-fed ham is creamy, with sweet notes, an intense aroma and a melting texture. It's a wonderful salami.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened and removed from the vacuum seal, allow the salami to breath at room temperature for around 5 minutes before slicing. Keep refridgerated after opening.
