Azouro PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil crafted in Portugal’s Trás-os-Montes region, in the Douro Valley that produce some of the best olive oil in the world. It's an area renowned for the Terra Quente (The Warm Land) climate and schist soils that produce delicate and complex olive oils with a nutty aroma. Made using a carefully balanced blend of native Portuguese olive varieties - Verdeal, Madural & Cobrançosa — this oil captures the essence of Portugal’s olive-growing heritage.

Harvested at peak ripeness, the olives are then pressed within hours to preserve their natural antioxidants and vibrant flavour. The result is a beautifully balanced extra virgin olive oil with a rich golden-green hue and a smooth, silky texture.

On the palate, Azouro Extra Virgin Olive Oil has fresh, green fruity aroma with a golden green colour. There is a subtle sweetness with hints of almonds, and a medium peppery finish. It’s perfect for drizzling over salads, dipping with crusty bread, finishing grilled vegetables, or enhancing Mediterranean and Portuguese dishes.
