Antonio Sotos Seasoning for Paella contains the perfect balance of spices to give you a great tasting paella. Containing all natural ingredients, this sachet has a blend of garlic, salt, paprika, sundried tomato, clove, black pepper and saffron that will give your paella a truly authentic taste.
Each sachet will provide the right amount of seasoning for 6 portions - pour the seasoning into your pan before adding the rice.

We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).

I really enjoyed these peppers, they’re a nice reminder of pintxos in Bilbao. Very nice!
Pizza base, Mutti Tomato Polpa, Fior mozzarella ball and a tin of sardines all from Somerset Foodie with some olives and other oddments from home enabled my grandchildren (who are pizza connoisseurs!) my daughter and I to have the most delicious pizzas over Easter. We each chose our own toppings and creative designs - completely delicious and very satisfying! Half a pizza is a generous portion by the way… so I still have 3 bases in the freezer! Thank you Ben

Following Ben's recipe, I used the Asturian Meat Stew Pack to make a really tasty fabada and it was very well received.
