Rich in flavour, spelt is superb for bread making and speciality pastry. Stripped from its coarse outer layer to end with a smooth white flour. Great healthy option with it being easier to digest rather than normal flours.

Amazing bread

I really got into bread making during lockdown and it has just gone from strength to strength. I love this one as it produces a lovely crusty loaf which doesn't sit heavily after eating it. Great to have top variety of flours available - the possibilities are endless.
