Indian Paratha Breads, Pack of 5 (Frozen)

Indian Paratha Breads are widely eaten through India and the sub continent. They are made by a process of layering dough over itself (think of puff pastry.)
They are perfect for mopping up curries and as an accompaniment to Indian food. They are a great alternative to naan breads which are sometimes too stodgy.

These frozen parathas are raw and therefore require cooking. Heat a non-stick dry frying pan (medium/hot temperature) and toast the parathas for about 30 seconds on each side. As they cook, like puff pastry you will see them rise up a little. This is when you know they are done.

There are 5 Paratha Breads in every pack.

Please note that these Paratha breads are frozen, they are not available for Mail order but we're happy to offer Local Delivery or Click & Collect.

About Indian Paratha Breads

We are from Ukraine and wanted to taste something new. We have tasted Indian Paratha Breads and are very pleased. It is enough just to put them in a hot pan and after two minutes they are cooked, it is delicious and you can eat it endlessly.

Great Standby

I will definitely keep a pack of these in the freezer. Quick to cook from frozen on top of the Rayburn. Perfect accompaniment when you are short of time, or indeed any other time!!!

The perfect accompaniment to a curry

We recently ordered a pack of the Indian Paratha Breads and are pleased to say they are the perfect accompaniment for mopping up a delicious curry.

Very simple to prepare and the only thing that could improve a paratha breach would be to prepare two as you will certainly want more.

Thank you Alice and Ben for introducing us to another great product.
