Omed aged chardonnay wine vinegar is a fantastic artisan vinegar that tastes amazing in dressings, carpaccio, pickles and marinades.
The artisan method for converting the wine into vinegar is known as the Schutzenbach method - it's a slow and pain staking process that preserves the aromas and flavours of the wine, resulting in a complex flavoured vinegar with soft acidity.
