Flaked almonds are a wholesome source of protein and a baking larder staple. They are fantastic on tarts and cakes but also really nice in curries and as a topping for porridge.
ALL Somerset Foodie raw ingredients are packed in 100% compostable bags with biodegradable paper labels. The trade off for caring about the planet is that our bags are slightly more fragile than you'll be used to, so we recommend you pop the ingredients into an airtight container when you get them home.
