La Costena Salsa Ranchera is a classic Mexican sauce made from a blend of different chillies and green tomatillos. The blend of chillies gives this salsa a really interesting and complex flavour with a medium heat. It's perfect for Huevos Rancheros, nachos, tacos or just to add some lovely heat to beans, stews or vegetables.
