Mevalco Don Bocarte Cantabrian Anchovies are truly melt in your mouth, heavenly delicious anchovies that are so good, they can only be eaten on some good bread!
Made by Don Bocarte in Northern Spain, these anchovies are only caught between the months of April and June, when the fish are at their peek with the most fat content. They are then quickly salted, pressed and cured for 8 months in special barrels. Once the flavour is perfect, they are cleaned and filleted by hand and presented in these beautiful packs.
These are an anchovy lovers dream!
