A good stock is one of the fundamental elements to so many dishes, from soups and risottos, to sauces and stews. It provides the depth of flavour that makes your food taste really good. This is great value and each pot will give you 12 Litres of stock.
Up until now, this stock has only been available to professional chefs who need a top end product to make the difference between home cooking and restaurant cooking.
The commercial brands of stocks and bouillons that you see in the supermarkets spend more money on their advertising than they do making their product taste good - Marco Pierre White and Knorr......really!

Chicken Soup with Roasted Garlic, Pearl Barley and Saffron
This stock is in a powdered form (no fat to bind it into a cube), simply dissolve 8g or a heaped teaspoon into 500ml of boiling water and you have a brilliant tasting stock.
This stock is gluten free.
Allegens: none.
Ingredients when reconstituted: Chicken stock (water, chicken stock), flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extracts, sugar.
We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).

Forget the usual supermarket brands you buy, this is a truly wonderful, flavourful stock which I promise you will have you coming back time and time again. Tried this a while ago and I’m now on my third tub. I’ve also bought the Vegetable and Fish stocks too and can recommend those as well.
Amazing stock, enhances all my recipes. I always keep it in plentiful supply in my store cupboard.
