Wow. This will quickly become one of your 'go to ingredients' to add a little zing to all kinds of dishes. Works brilliantly on avocado, great to season chicken, fish and seafood and a quick shake over salads really makes a difference. It's also awesome with fruit, particularly mango and pineapple and will turn your Bloody Mary into a triumph.

Ingredients: Chilli peppers, salt, dehydrated lime juice, and silicon dioxide (used for anti-caking)
We aim to process every order within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will generally be processed the following day.
Once your order has been packed, standard delivery takes 48hrs once it leaves our warehouse, we do have an express option which is 24hrs and is recommended when ordering any chilled items.
We can mail order ambient and chilled ingredients to the whole of the UK, including all of The Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail order frozen items.
All shipments are tracked, we use a combination of The Royal Mail and DPD, tracking numbers are emailed to you for each order.
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and start from £3.99 shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All the packaging we use is compostable or just paper and cardboard that can easily
be disposed of in your kerbside recycling. (Chilled items are sent in temperature controlled pouches with ice packs
which are not compostible but can be reused).
This is my favourite Somerset Foodie thing by miles. On eggs, on avocado, on sliced tomatoes, on fish, on pasta…I can’t think of anything that wouldn’t be enhanced by this. My palate picks up way more citrus than heat or pepper which feels secondary to the lime- it’s a perfect balance and an easy way to give even basic meals an instant boost. Love love love it.
We ate this on all sorts of raw vegetables when we lived in Mexico, especially cucumber and carrot and it gives them a zing. My children (and I) are thrilled to have found it here. Yum!

Pizza base, Mutti Tomato Polpa, Fior mozzarella ball and a tin of sardines all from Somerset Foodie with some olives and other oddments from home enabled my grandchildren (who are pizza connoisseurs!) my daughter and I to have the most delicious pizzas over Easter. We each chose our own toppings and creative designs - completely delicious and very satisfying! Half a pizza is a generous portion by the way… so I still have 3 bases in the freezer! Thank you Ben

Following Ben's recipe, I used the Asturian Meat Stew Pack to make a really tasty fabada and it was very well received.

The raisins really are huge. Such a wonderful taste. I use them instead of sultanas.
