Shaoxing rice wine is a key ingredient in many Chinese dishes. Just like Western cooking uses red or white wine, Shaoxing Wine adds depth and complexity to your dishes. You can use the amber coloured wine in stir-fries, marinades, sauces and braised dishes.

We specifically bought the Shaoxing Wine to use an ingredient for making crab and sweet corn soup. The wine certainly added to the finish flavour of the soup. Excellent production.
