There are multiple spellings of Siu Mai but this is one of the classic Dim Sum that's served in good Chinese restaurants. It's made from ground pork with chopped shrimp, wrapped in a thin, pleated pastry. Steam for 13-15 minutes and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
Easy Dipping Sauce Recipe
2tbsps Black Rice Vinegar
2tbsps Oyster Sauce
2tbsps Soy Sauce
1tbsp Crispy Chilli Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Whisk all the ingredients together and dip in your favourite dumplings
