Ajinomoto is the best loved brand of gyozas in Japan and these pork gyozas are really popular. They are sometimes referred to as 'Potstickers' on account of them sticking to the base of your wok!
The best way to cook these is to steam them from frozen for about 5 minutes and then finish them off in a hot pan with a little oil, just to crisp up the sides. They are delicious served with a simple dipping sauce.

We have repeatedly bought this gyoza. It is very handy to keep a bag of them in the freezer as you can cook them quickly and easily. Highly recommended.
