Pork Gyoza are really popular in Japan however, they were originally a Chinese dish. They are sometimes referred to as 'Potstickers' on account of them sticking to the base of your wok.
The best way to cook these is to steam them from frozen for about 5 minutes and then finish them off in a hot pan with a little oil, just to crisp up the sides. They are delicious served with a simple dipping sauce.
