Our good friend and MasterChef Champion Ping Coombes has come up with a deliciously moreish chilli oil that you'll want to drizzle over everything. Made with a blend of chillies, crunchy peanuts, shallots, garlic and Fussels extra virgin rapeseed oil.
Ping makes this in small batches from her kitchen here at Church Farm, the combination of shallots, peanuts and garlic are super tasty. Try drizzling this on rice and noodle dishes, soups, broths, eggs, avocado.
