Authentic Sardinian-style gnocchetti Sardi made in Tuscany by Pasta Michele Portoghese - they are small, ridged, shell-shaped pasta shapes (sometimes called Malloreddus).

Despite the name, gnocchetti Sardi are not potato gnocchi. Their compact, slightly curved shape and textured ridges are designed to trap sauce, creating the perfect texture and flavour in every bite.

Michele Portoghese uses traditional slow-drying methods at low temperatures, allowing the pasta to develop deeper flavour and maintain its firm texture when cooked - a key marker of quality Italian pasta.
