Pastificio di Martino Rigatoni are versatile, large pasta tubes that are great for robust meaty sauces like a beef ragù or a sausage and fennel sauce but they are also great for tomato based sauces and chunky vegetables.
Pastificio di Martino make their pasta in near Gragnano, a hill top town close to the Amalfi coast and the undisputed home of dried pasta in Italy. It's been awarded PGI status. As well as being bronze extruded, di Martino pasta is slowly dried which is the key to creating the perfect texture to pair with your sauce.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water.
