O-Med Yuzu Infused Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed at the García family's mill in Ácula, Granada, where fresh yuzu peel from their own orchard is crushed together with mild Arbequina olives in the same batch. Although yuzu is best known as a Japanese citrus, this isn't a bought-in essence - the fruit is grown, picked and milled on O-Med's Andalucían estate alongside the olives themselves. The result is a naturally fragrant oil: soft, fruity Arbequina with a lifted, floral citrus brightness that's closer to mandarin than sharp lemon.
It earns its place at the table wherever you'd reach for a squeeze of citrus but want something rounder. Drizzle it over freshly shucked scallops or a plate of cured salmon, whisk it into a ponzu-style dressing for a crab or noodle salad, or finish a bowl of steamed greens just before serving so the aroma lifts straight off the plate. It's just as good stirred through natural yoghurt with honey, or drizzled over a plain sponge or olive oil cake in place of a citrus glaze.

Brindisa Parilla Spicy Cooking Chorizo, 6pcs Ave. 320g
Big old bag of seeds. They toast well and taste good.
This flour is noticeably different - it's got a slight yellow colour and a real nutty taste. Absolutely loving it for sourdough.
I've used them a couple of times in a mixed salad when rinsed. Nice and firm and perfect with a tasty dressing
Have been buying this rice for many years now. It’s easy to cook, albeit it takes a few minutes longer than white rice, but has a delicious nutty flavour. Would thoroughly recommend giving this a try.

Tasted gorgeous, but broken up so maybe better for pasta/chilli bolognaise sauce if you like tinned tomatoes whole. Juicy and tasty though
