Picual Novo by O-MED is an extra virgin olive oil to be really excited by. This oil is made on the first day of the olive harvest using 100% Picual olives that are selected from the best olive trees. It really captures the peak of freshness and vitality from the olive grove which is shown by it's remarkable emerald green colour, reflecting the high levels of chlorophyll and polyphenols. Only a limited number of bottles are produced in the first day of the harvest, once they are gone, they are gone.

O-MED is owned and operated by the Garcia-Casas family in Andalusia. They have been harvesting their olive trees for four generations. In 2005 they purchased their own mill to produce the highest quality olive oil possible by allowing their them to control the entire process from growing to bottling.

As farmers, sustainability is essential to O-MED, solar power and an incinerator that burns the olive pits produce 40% of the mills energy needed.
