Navarrico Fish Fumet Stock has all the flavours needed to make a fantastic paella, a brilliant fish stew or a lovely soup. It's made using fish and shellfish for that intense flavour. When using, dilute this stock with a little water (around 10%).
To make a truly authentic paella use in combination with our Spanish saffron, Nora pepper paste and of course a really good quality paella rice.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days

Ingredients: Water, tomato (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, giant squid (4%), olive oil, shrimp (1.5%), fish preparation [seafood flavouring (fish and crustacean), salt, sugar, fish flavouring, tomato, garlic, white wine extract, carrot extract, leek extract], salt, garlic and paprika.
