This stuff is delicious just as it is. Perfect on a pizza or with a bit of garlic cooked in some oil and the passata thrown in. Means there is no more simmering for hours. I lived in Naples for a while where the tomatos were so incredibly ripe that the tomato sauce tasted so intense and delicious and this sauce comes wonderfully close to that.
Richly delicious! You wont buy another brand once you've tried this! Good also for bolognaise and lasagne.
