Great Taste award winning Mi Adelita Corn Tortilla Chips are a real taste of Mexico. The corn goes through a unique cooking process before being ground in a volcanic stone mill, giving it a unique taste.

Although tortilla chips are mostly associated with dipping in guacamole or making into nachos, In Mexico they are regularly served at breakfast in a dish called 'Chilaquiles'. They are smothered in a red or green salsa so that some of the sauce is absorbed by the chips but remain crunchy, they are then topped with cheese, pickled onions, beans and often a fried egg. A great breakfast and totally gluten free.

Best tasting tortilla chips

Bought these after first trying at a Foodie tasting session. Truly delicious chips, they are crisp and full of flavour. Bought them to scoop up our homemade Baba Ganoush (see Ben’s recipe) and will be back for more…gone are the days of supermarket alternatives.
