Maesri Tom Yum Paste, 100g

Maesri Tom Yum Paste is packed full of lemongrass, tamarind and kaffir lime with a nice hit of Thai chillies. Made and used extensively throughout Thailand, it's one of the country's most popular brands and will create an authentic Tom Yum soup.

Their are two ways to enjoy Tom Yum soup, either mixed with chicken or vegetable stock for the classic clear tom yum broth or add coconut milk or evaporated milk for a creamy tasting version.
