Karimix's Rogan Josh Curry Paste is an aromatic blend of garam masala, cumin, paprika and fennel and is used to make this brilliant curry. Originating in Persia before making it's way to the Kashmiri region of Northern India, Rogan Josh is traditionally made with red meat, Lamb Rogan Josh is a great curry and a perfect way of using cheaper lamb neck fillets.

Fry onions and meat, add 30g of paste and 100g of crushed tomatoes per person. Mix in some stock and simmer gently until the meat is tender.
